Stephanie Deker has extensive experience in various roles related to admissions, outreach, and development. Stephanie is currently working as the Senior Vice President of Admissions and Outreach at College Living Experience (CLE), where they have been since August 2023. Prior to this, Stephanie held the positions of Assistant Vice President of Outreach and Development at CLE from September 2020, and National Director of Admissions and Outreach from August 2018 to September 2020. Stephanie also has experience as the Assistant Vice President of Outreach and Development at My CORE Strategy, starting in August 2020. Stephanie's work experience also includes serving as a Board Member at the EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION FOR INDEPENDENCE from June 2017 to August 2023, and as a Marketing and Business Development Executive at Deker Consulting from July 2017 to July 2018. Previously, they worked as the Marketing Director at Behavioral Innovations from February 2016 to August 2017, and as the Director of Development and Marketing at All Saints Catholic School, Dallas from November 2009 to February 2016. Stephanie started their career as an Account Manager at Comdisco from June 1996 to April 1999.
Stephanie Deker has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Business/Marketing from Lewis University.

We are a team of diverse professionals that provide young adults with learning differences wrap-around supports as they journey through their transition to independence. Since 1989, College Living Experience (CLE) has been providing transition supports to young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD and other varying exceptionalities. Our success as the industry leader stems from our commitment to remain focused on the potential of each individual we serve. Over the years the evolution and innovation of CLE services have been based on our mission which inspires us to reach beyond the boundaries of the traditional supports. The CLE team provides individualized services across the areas of academics, career development, independent living, and social skills. It’s these wrap-around supports that help each student experience independence as they transition to college, pursue a career and build a life away from home.
