Todd Transue

Todd Transue has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Todd started their career as a Senior Associate at Grant Thornton LLP in 2001 and worked there until 2003. Todd then joined LevitZacks, Certified Public Accountants, where they worked as a Senior Associate until 2004. In 2004, they joined Ligand Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Accountant and stayed there until 2005. Todd then returned to Grant Thornton LLP as a Senior Associate from 2005 to 2006. In 2007, they joined Amylin Pharmaceuticals as an SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting Manager until 2008. Todd then moved to College Loan Corporation, where they worked as the VP and Controller from 2008 to 2014, and later became the Chief Financial Officer until an unspecified time. In 2014, they joined Edvisors as the Treasurer, and in 2016, they became the Owner of Raczab LLC. Todd's early career saw him working part-time as Kitchen Staff and Tutor at the University of California, Riverside from 1997 to 2001.

Todd has been certified as a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) by the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE). Todd is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certified by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). Moreover, they hold a certification as a Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Nevada Board of Accountancy.
