Claudette Nowell-Philipp

Claudette Nowell-Philipp is the Director of Leadership and Staff Development at the College of American Pathologists since 1988, where responsibilities include designing and managing learning initiatives that promote self-reliant leadership and culture change through the PRIDE Principles. Claudette also operated as the Managing Principal of an HR consulting business focused on organizational effectiveness and executive development. Previously, Claudette served as President of the IACMP Board (now ACPI) from 1998 to 2000, alongside various roles on the board from 1994 to 2001. Claudette holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from DePaul University.
