Denise Mack

Denise Mack is a seasoned professional in education delivery and operations management, currently serving as the Senior Education Delivery Manager at the College of American Pathologists (CAP) since July 2010. In this role, Denise leads a team focused on delivering national meetings and live continuing medical education activities while evaluating and implementing innovative education delivery processes and technologies. Previously, Denise held positions as Manager of Learning Technology and Manager of Membership and Demographics at CAP, where contributions included improving operational management and developing recruitment and retention strategies for pathologists. Earlier experience includes partnership at Calzone & Macaroni Co. and supervision of a customer contact center at CAP. Denise holds an MBA in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a BS in Community Health and Preventive Medicine from Northern Illinois University.
