Hany Alfy

Hany Alfy has extensive experience in the healthcare and diagnostics sectors, currently serving as Sr. Director for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at the College of American Pathologists since August 2018, where previous roles included Director for the Middle East and International Region Leader-Middle East. Prior to CAP, Hany held the position of Operations Director and CAP Regional Representative at Acorn Group from January 2013 to July 2018, and worked as Business Development Manager at Acorn Research FZ LLC between January 2008 and December 2012. Earlier career roles included Application & Training Specialist and Service Engineer & Technical Support at Beckman Coulter and Abbott Diagnostics, respectively. Hany Alfy holds a B.Sc in Physics Electronics and Computer Science from The American University in Cairo, earned from 1991 to 1996.
