Karim E. Sirgi

Karim E. Sirgi, MD, MBA, FCAP, is a distinguished medical leader with over 25 years of experience in the medical, laboratory, and healthcare sectors. As the Owner and Principal of Sirgi Consulting, LLC, since June 2018, expertise encompasses organizational leadership, group dynamics, succession planning, and strategic planning among other areas. Karim serves in multiple roles within the College of American Pathologists, including Chair of the Practice Management Committee and Member of the Engaged Leadership Network, contributing to the advancement of pathology practices and member engagement. Additional leadership positions have included Chief Science Officer at BreathTech Corporation, Managing Partner and CEO of Medicolegal Consultants International, and Medical Director at The Colorado Center for Medical Laboratory Science. Karim holds advanced degrees, including an MBA from Isenberg School of Management, and completed several prestigious fellowships in cytopathology and surgical pathology.
