Kristin Garcia

Kristin Garcia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in member engagement and content management at the College of American Pathologists (CAP) since May 2011. As Senior Manager of Member Experience, Kristin leads high-impact member programs to enhance retention and engagement, oversees the mentorship program's lifecycle, and collaborates with content owners to achieve organizational goals. Prior roles at CAP included Senior Manager, Member Growth and Engagement, and Digital Content Manager, where Kristin focused on digital strategies and project management. Previously, Kristin held leadership positions at the Builders Association and NCSBN, where responsibilities included program development and executive office administration. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
