Rocco Valente

Rocco Valente is currently serving as a New Product Development Analyst at the College of American Pathologists since January 2023. Previously, Rocco worked at Tate & Lyle as a Knowledge Specialist from June 2018 to August 2022. Rocco's earlier experience includes positions at CAS, where responsibilities included analyzing scientific data in English and Italian patents, coordinating a global sourcing project for the Reactions database, and managing patent workflows. Rocco holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Medicinal Chemistry from Cardiff University, attained between 2005 and 2009, and a Master of Science (MSc) in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Università degli Studi di Bari, completed in 2004.
