Don Williams

Don Williams is a seasoned professional in the fields of network and computer instruction, information assurance, and cybersecurity, currently serving as a CNT Instructor and program manager at the College of Eastern Idaho since August 2017. Prior experience includes roles such as Telecom Technician at Ideacom Ecsi, where responsibilities involved network and VOIP support, and management experience as an instructor at Executive Training Resources, overseeing course development and daily operations. Don has also held diverse positions including Zamboni Driver at the City of Idaho Falls and Junior Network Engineer at TelStar Associates Inc., demonstrating a broad skill set in technology and customer service. Don holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development/Training from Idaho State University and has additional educational experience from the University of Utah.
