Colleen Ramos

Colleen Ramos has extensive experience in human resources operations, currently serving as the Assistant Director of HR Operations and Senior HRIS Lead at The College of New Jersey since October 2013. Previously, Colleen held the position of Human Resources Operations Manager at Rosetta from 2008 to August 2010, and served as HRMS Manager at CIT Group from July 2007 to July 2008, as well as at RCN Corporation from June 2000 to April 2006. Colleen's earlier roles include HRMS and Payroll Administrator at The New York Mercantile Exchange from February 1998 to June 2000 and Payroll and HRMS Administrator at Credit Suisse First Boston from January 1994 to January 1998, focusing on multi-state and international payroll processing. Colleen holds a degree from St. John's University.
