Jordan Draper

Jordan Draper serves as the Assistant Vice President and Dean of Students at The College of New Jersey since November 2015, supervising a team of six professional staff and overseeing 38 full-time personnel, managing the Dean of Students and Health and Wellness portfolio, including Title IX, student conduct, and case management. Prior roles include Dean of Students and Title IX Coordinator at The College of New Jersey, where responsibilities included conducting investigations and managing Title IX cases, as well as Compliance Investigator and Community Standards Coordinator at Rutgers University. Education credentials include a Doctor of Education from Rutgers University, a Master of Arts from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Science from Radford University.
