Deepa Bhattacharya

Deepa Bhattacharya is a Privacy Analyst at the College of Nurses of Ontario since March 2023, specializing in incident and breach management, privacy impact assessments, and education on privacy best practices. Prior to this role, Deepa served as a Privacy Specialist at Ontario Health from February 2020 to March 2023 and held various positions at eHealth Ontario, including Privacy Operations Associate and Contracts Administrator in Legal Services. Deepa's career also includes roles in database administration at Allegion US and proposal coordination at Hydro One, as well as administrative positions at the United Way GTA and Brainhunter Canada Inc. Deepa's educational background includes a PG Diploma in Business Management from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India, a Legal Communication Course from Seneca Polytechnic, and an Advanced Diploma in Computer Science from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), along with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
