Denise Macabanti is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in recruitment and human resources management. Currently serving as an HR Analyst at the College of Nurses of Ontario since July 2019, Denise supports the People & Culture team by leveraging expertise in the UKG Pro system for HR reporting, position management, and compliance. Previous roles include full-cycle recruitment at Toronto Hydro, specializing in both professional and student recruitment, alongside administrative support in talent management. Denise's earlier experience includes administrative assistance at Sym-Tech Dealer Services. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Adler University, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto.
