Olivia Tang, CPM, currently serves as the Payroll and Benefits Admin at the College of Nurses of Ontario since November 2021. Previously, Olivia held various roles at Extendicare Inc. from May 2015 to November 2020, including Payroll and Benefit Analyst and Benefits and Project Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed managing payroll for over 10,000 employees, implementing Payroll and Benefits systems, and ensuring compliance with collective agreements and government regulations. With a foundational role as a Payroll Administrator, Olivia developed expertise in processing payroll, handling benefits, and conducting audits. Prior experience also includes a position as a Junior Accountant at Robin & J. Professional Accountants. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Business-Accounting from Centennial College and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from Wannan Medical College.
