Shashi Perera

Shashi Perera is a Financial Analyst at the College of Nurses of Ontario since August 2022, following a role as Corporate Finance Manager at Midas Safety from February to June 2022, where responsibilities included preparing consolidated and statutory financial statements. Prior experience includes serving as Finance Business Partner at Fonterra from February 2016 to January 2022, focusing on gross margin improvement and budget preparation, and holding multiple roles from Finance Analyst to Senior Finance Analyst within the same company. Shashi also worked at PwC as a Senior Audit Associate and Audit Trainee from January 2013 to January 2016, providing audit services across various sectors, and began a career at Sri Lankan Airlines as a Ticketing Agent in 2009. Shashi holds an MBA from the University of West London and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, along with an ACCA qualification.
