Gosselin Goose has extensive work experience in academia. They have worked at the College of Our Lady of the Elms since 2002, starting as a faculty member and later becoming Division Chair for the Natural Science, Math & Technology department and then for the Business department. They have been actively involved in committees, course design, and strategic planning for the college. Gosselin also worked as a faculty member at Hampshire College from 2000 to 2002.

Prior to that, they earned a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1996 to 2002.
