Karalee Yvon serves as the Director of Institutional Assessment and Research at Elms College since June 2011, where responsibilities include providing technical data for institutional planning, accreditation, and student outcomes, as well as preparing various internal and external reports and the annual college fact book. In addition to this role, Karalee has experience as an Adjunct Faculty member teaching Managerial Communications and Marketing Research in both face-to-face and online formats. Prior to current positions, Karalee was a Senior Administrative Assistant in Academic Affairs, managing faculty contracts and analyzing departmental budgets. Early career experience includes a role as a Marketing/Administrative Assistant at Excel Home Care. Karalee holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Marketing and Management, both from Elms College.
