The Governance and Oversight team at the College of Our Lady of the Elms is responsible for ensuring the college adheres to its mission, values, and strategic objectives. Composed primarily of trustees and key leadership personnel, the team provides guidance on policy development, institutional accountability, and long-term planning, fostering an environment of ethical and effective governance within the college community.
