Kitty Chiu has been working at the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia since December 2004, where Kitty holds the position of Human Resources and Facilities Manager. Prior to this, Kitty worked at the BC Council of Forest Industries from May 1999 to December 2004 as an Office Assistant. Kitty obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of British Columbia in 1999 after studying at Langara College from 1994 to 1996.

Found in 1891, the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia is located on the traditional, ancestral and unceded lands of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh). The College of Pharmacists of BC is the regulatory body for pharmacy in British Columbia and is responsible for registering pharmacists and pharmacy technicians and licensing pharmacies throughout the province. The College’s mandate is to protect the public by ensuring pharmacists and pharmacy technicians provide safe and effective care to help people achieve better health. We receive our authority from the government of BC through the Health Professions Act and the Pharmacy Operation and Drug Scheduling Act.
