Shani Waththuhewa

Shani Waththuhewa is a software developer currently employed at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia since March 2023. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at Pearson Lanka from November 2013 to October 2021, where roles ranged from software engineer to technical lead. Additionally, Shani worked as a software engineer at Sirius Technologies Service Pvt Ltd from April 2012 to August 2013 and began the career as a trainee software engineer at MphasiS Lanka (Pvt) Ltd from January 2011 to March 2012. Shani holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University Canada West, expected to be completed in December 2023, and a Bachelor of Science Special (Hons) in IT from SLIIT, completed in January 2011. Education was initially pursued at Girls' High School Kandy.
