Tanja Alsfasser

Tanja Alsfasser is an experienced Recruitment Coordinator at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia, responsible for recruiting diverse positions across several departments since 2022. Prior to this role, Tanja operated as a self-employed recruiter from 2018 to 2022, specializing in accounting, administrative, and sales positions within various industries. Tanja's earlier experience includes serving as the Recruitment and Human Resources Project Lead at DLA Piper (Canada) LLP from 2008 to 2017, filling corporate and legal support roles nationwide. Additionally, Tanja worked as a recruiter from 1998 to 2008 at Hewitt Associates LLC (now Aon), managing a high volume of roles for consulting and outsourcing departments. Tanja holds a degree in Human Resources Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
