Jessica McPhee

Jessica McPhee has extensive work experience in various communication and leadership roles. Jessica worked as a Director of People & Culture at the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Communications at CPSA from August 2018 to September 2021. Before joining CPSA, Jessica worked at the Edmonton Public Library as a Transformation Project Manager and Marketing Communications Manager from January 2018 to August 2018 and from August 2013 to January 2018, respectively. Jessica also served as the Director of Social Media and Communications at the Oilers Entertainment Group from December 2008 to December 2012.

Jessica McPhee obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Alberta from 2019 to 2021. Prior to their MBA, they completed a Bachelor of Applied Communications degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Mount Royal University from 2000 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Jessica also holds certifications such as a Certified Leadership Coach from Maslow Leadership obtained in 2022, and a Content Marketing Certified from HubSpot Academy obtained in February 2017. Jessica has also completed the course "The Leader's Discipline: A Coaching Approach to Leadership" from Roy Group in the year 2017.
