Scott McLeod

Scott McLeod has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. From 1991 to 2017, they worked at the Canadian Forces Health Services, starting as Deputy Surgeon General and eventually taking on more responsibilities. In 2017, they joined the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta as the Registrar and CEO.

Scott McLeod earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Regina in 1989. Scott then pursued a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the University of Saskatchewan, completing their studies in 1993. In 2004, they obtained a Master's Degree in Public Health from the University of Texas. In 2015, they furthered their education with a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the Royal Military College of Canada/Collège militaire royal du Canada.
