David George serves as the Comptroller for NAWCAD since January 2016, overseeing all accounting, budgeting, and management information systems for an organization with an annual budget of $3.1 billion and a workforce of 9,500 civil service employees, 500 military personnel, and 5,000 contractors. In addition to this role, David has been an Adjunct Instructor of Economics at the College of Southern Maryland since September 2006 and has held adjunct instructor positions at the Florida Institute of Technology from April 2006 to January 2022. Prior experience includes serving as the Deputy Comptroller at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division from June 2006 to January 2016. David's educational background includes a Master of Science in Operations Research-Decision Analysis from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Washington College.
