Earl Murray III

Earl Murray III, MA, serves as the Personal Finance Manager for the United States Department of the Navy since June 2024 and is currently an Adjunct Professor at the College of Southern Maryland. As President of The Entrepreneurs Accountants and Knowledge Financial Services, Earl has extensive experience in financial management and education. Earl previously held positions including Accountant at Capital Area Asset Builders, Advisory at Mitchell & Titus, LLP, and several roles at Gospel Rescue Ministries, where responsibilities included payroll processing, budget development, and financial statement preparation. Earl holds a Master of Arts in Financial Planning and Law from Regent University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of the District of Columbia.
