Patty Zych

Patty Zych has extensive experience in the field of payroll management. Patty has worked as a Director of Payroll at the College of Southern Maryland, where they were responsible for establishing payroll policies and supervising payroll processing. Prior to that, they served as a Project Manager at Cyborg, where they successfully led the conversion of payroll systems. Patty also worked as a Payroll Manager at Giant Food, managing a large payroll team and processing payroll for a significant number of employees. Before that, Patty held various roles at Giant Food Inc, including HR/Payroll Operations Supervisor, Staff Accountant, and Senior Payroll Clerk. In these positions, they developed policies, trained and supervised associates, and handled payroll processing and tax-related tasks. Patty has a proven track record in payroll management and a strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.

Patty Zych has a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Human Resources from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Patty also holds an Associates Degree in Accounting from Prince George's Community College, completed from 1981 to 1983. Additionally, Patty has certifications as a CPP - Certified Payroll Professional from the APA - American Payroll Association, obtained in September 2003, and as a Certified Payroll Professional from the American Payroll Association, obtained in December 2003.
