Russell Faison

Russell Faison has extensive experience in the nuclear and engineering fields, with a career at Exelon Nuclear since December 1991, currently serving as a Machinist and INPO Certified Machinery Mechanic. Faison supports equipment repairs at CCNPP and has a background as an instructor, providing training for new hires and improving skills for existing employees. Previous roles include Sr Pdm Technician, where Faison specialized in predictive maintenance and data analysis, and an adjunct instructor at the College of Southern Maryland, teaching courses in mechanical systems for the Nuclear Engineering Technologies program. Faison's early career includes serving as a 2nd Class Machinist Mate in the US Navy, providing critical maintenance on propulsion plant equipment. Educational accomplishments include training at the Navy Nuclear Power School and an associate degree from the College of Southern Maryland.
