Susan Ross

Susan Ross has extensive experience in workforce development, currently serving as the Executive Director of Workforce Development at the College of Southern Maryland since December 1997. In this role, Susan oversees various programs, including the Center for Trades and Energy Training, Business and Information Technology, Healthcare Education, and Transportation. Prior positions include Director of Personal Enrichment, where Susan created programs for community education targeting youth and adults, and Deputy Director of Operations, managing corporate training and continuing education. Additionally, Susan served as a Business Liaison Coordinator, overseeing corporate business development, and a Grants Management Specialist focusing on grant proposal development. Early in Susan's career, roles included Manager Level F of Project Control Analysis and Support and Administrative Associate at Lockheed Martin. Susan holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Maryland University College.
