Tracy A. Harris

Tracy A. Harris is the Vice President of Student Equity & Success at College of Southern Maryland. Prior to their current role, Harris served as an Adjunct Professor at Prince George's Community College, Associate Dean of Admissions at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and Associate Director of Admissions and Financial Aid at the University of Pittsburgh.

Harris has dedicated their career to helping students access and succeed in higher education. Tracy is a strong advocate for equity and inclusion, and has worked to increase access to higher education for students from underrepresented backgrounds. Harris is committed to supporting students throughout their college journey, and ensuring that they have the resources and support they need to succeed.

Tracy A. Harris has a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice from Penn State University, a Master of Public Administration in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational and Community College Leadership from Walden University. Tracy A. Harris also has certifications in Personal and Labor Relations Management from the University of Pittsburgh and Executive Leadership Certification and Personnel and Labor Relations Management from the League for Innovation in the Community College. Tracy A. Harris is also certified as a Title IX Investigator from ATIXA.
