Alok Pandey

Alok Pandey is a Professor of Mathematics and Computer Information Technology at the College of Southern Nevada, where a joint appointment in the Department of Mathematics and Computer and Engineering Technology has been held since August 1997. In addition to academic roles, Alok serves as Chairperson of the Department of Mathematics and has held the position of Faculty Senate Chair. Involvement with EKAL VIDYALAYA FOUNDATION OF USA INC as a Board Director and President of the Las Vegas Chapter since August 2013 focuses on providing education to underserved communities. Previous experience includes leadership as Past President of the State Board for the Nevada Faculty Alliance and roles in programming and statistics at the University of Nevada Las Vegas and Computer Sciences Corporation. Alok's educational background includes a Doctor of Public Policy from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, an MS in Mathematics from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, and multiple degrees from the University of Allahabad.
