Kayla McIntosh has extensive experience in customer relationship management and retention strategies within the education sector. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Relationship Management at the College of Southern Nevada since May 2017, Kayla administers the Radius and MyCoyotePLAN platforms. Prior roles include Virtual Student Service Retention/CRM Strategist for the Kentucky Community & Technical College System Office from February 2014 to April 2017, and earlier positions as an Administrative Assistant and Postsecondary Resource Assistant. Kayla has also contributed to education as an instructor, teaching digital media skills to students at Murray State University’s Center for Gifted Studies. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Applied Engineering and Technology Management and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Graphic and Design, both from Murray State University.
