Sandra H. Moll

Sandra H. Moll is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Talent Acquisition and Classification at the College of Southern Nevada since August 2021, Sandra has previously held significant positions such as Director of Talent Management and Director of Recruitment and Staffing at McHenry County College, where responsibilities included leading initiatives in talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement. Sandra also served as Interim Associate Vice President of Human Resources, focusing on HR operations. Prior to McHenry County College, Sandra was the Chief Human Resources Officer and Payroll Manager at Stack-On Products Company. Sandra holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Webster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
