Legal Team

The Legal Team at the College of Southern Nevada provides comprehensive legal support and guidance to the institution, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws. They manage legal affairs, handle contractual agreements, advise on policy development, and represent the college in legal proceedings. Team members include the Assistant General Counsel, VP & General Counsel, and Associate General Counsel, each contributing to the overall legal strategy and operation of the college.
