Kit Hughes

Kit Hughes currently serves as the Vice President and Director of Athletics at the College of the Holy Cross, overseeing the athletic experience for over 700 student-athletes across 27 Division I sports. Prior to this role, Kit held multiple key positions in athletic administration, including Deputy Athletic Director and Senior Associate Athletic Director at Bowling and Assistant Athletic Director for Corporate Relations at North Carolina State University. Kit's career at North Carolina State University also included roles related to football operations and camp management. Earlier experiences include positions at Boston College and an educational background with a Master’s Degree in Higher Education from Boston College and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Bowdoin College.
