Linette Factor, M.B.A. has a diverse work experience. Linette began their career in 2004 as a Controller and Human Resource Officer at Thlopthlocco Tribal Town, where they worked until 2009. In the same year, they joined the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Tax Commission as a Revenue Agent/Accounting & Inventory professional until 2013. Linette then transitioned to the Okmulgee Indian Community as Treasurer, serving from 2009 to 2017. Currently, they are the Accounting Manager at the College of the Muscogee Nation since October 2021. Continuing their success, Linette assumed the role of Director of Business Affairs from September 2022.
Linette Factor, M.B.A. has a diverse education history. Linette earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Bacone College in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University in 1996. Linette went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Northeastern State University in 2015. Currently, they are furthering their academic achievements by pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration and Management from Grand Canyon University, which is expected to be completed in 2024. Linette also holds an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Native American Studies from the College of the Muscogee Nation. Additionally, they possess a certification in First Aid/CPR.
