Sherry Pilet

Sherry Pilet has extensive experience in human resources management. Sherry started their career in 1993 at Flagstar Bank, where they worked in various roles including Employee Relations Manager and Human Resource Compliance Manager. In these positions, they managed employee relations, ensured compliance with regulations and laws, and worked closely with management at different levels. In 2016, they joined College Park Industries as the Human Resources Manager. Their responsibilities at College Park Industries include talent acquisition, payroll, benefits, employee relations, HR compliance, HR training, employee engagement, and performance/compensation management. Overall, Sherry Pilet has a strong background in human resources management and a focus on compliance and employee relations.

Sherry Pilet completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Bible from Arlington Baptist College, where they studied from 1973 to 1978. Sherry further pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Human Resources from Oakland University between 1984 and 1987.
