Pahoua Vang

Pahoua Vang serves as the Recruitment Manager at College Possible since April 2020, contributing to the organization's mission of making college admission and success accessible to low-income students through targeted coaching and support. Prior to this role, Pahoua worked at Aerotek from May 2017 to May 2019 as a Recruiter in the Engineering Division, facilitating workforce placements for leading companies. Earlier experience includes a position as a Junior Account Coordinator at NorthGate MN from August 2016 to May 2017, where Pahoua focused on driving sales and onboarding new candidates. Pahoua Vang holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications Studies from the University of Minnesota, earned between 2012 and 2016.
