Operations Coordinator at College Possible

Tonya Johnson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, recruitment, and training within the nonprofit and educational sectors. Currently serving at the U.S. Department of Justice as a Training and Civic Liaison and previously as an Operational Support Technician, Tonya has played a pivotal role in enhancing recruitment efforts for AmeriCorps members at College Possible, where achievements include successfully recruiting and retaining 32 members and managing an office move as Operations Coordinator.
