Faith Rothberg has worked in the IT industry since 1985. Faith began their career as a Programmer/Analyst at Ford Motor Company, where they were responsible for the Parts and Services Division's inventory and backordering systems. After receiving their MBA from the University of Michigan, they worked as an IT Management Consultant for KPMG for 3 years. Faith then moved to Wells Fargo, where they worked in the Technology Services Department for 4 years, starting as a Team Leader and being promoted three times to the role of turnaround Project Manager. In 1996, they left the large corporate world to start their involvement in their family's business, College Recruiter, where they were Chief Executive Officer and Vice President. In their role as CEO, they were responsible for ensuring that every student and recent graduate had access to great career opportunities. As Vice President, they were involved in all of the strategic decisions but not the day-to-day operations.
Faith Rothberg has a diverse educational background. Faith graduated from Edina East High School in 1985, and then went on to earn a BBA in Information Technology from the Wisconsin School of Business in 1985. After that, they earned an MBA in Corporate Strategy and Marketing from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 1991. In 2016, they were a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program Scholar at Babson College. Most recently, they completed the 21-Day Self Launch Program™ in Organizational Leadership at CAPITA3 in 2018.
