Anne Rasmussen

Anne Rasmussen, MBA, CRHA, ACC, currently serves as the Directrice des ressources humaines at Collège Sainte-Anne since September 2023. Prior to this role, Anne held the position of Vice-présidente talent, culture & management at Power Go from 2021 to 2023, overseeing human resources and production activities. Anne's experience includes serving as a senior consultant and coach at SISMIK Culture d'impact from 2018 to 2021, and as a professional coach and HR consultant while self-employed from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, Anne was the Vice-présidente développement et communication for Profibec from 2014 to 2016, where responsibilities included bridging cultural differences between North American clients and Asian suppliers. Previous roles also include Directrice des ressources humaines at TC Transcontinental and Produits forestiers Résolu, where management of human resources and workplace relations was key. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University, complemented by studies in Mandarin and various certifications in human resources and business administration.
