Debra Weiss Wilson is an accomplished financial analyst with extensive experience in non-profit organizations and healthcare management. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at the College Success Foundation since November 2013, Debra has previously held senior financial roles at Seattle Biomedical Research Institute, where responsibilities included leading a $40 million annual budget process. Additionally, Debra contributed as a Finance/Audit Committee Member for Project Access Northwest and has held various finance and management positions at the Washington Health Foundation and Group Health Cooperative. Debra's analytical expertise is supported by an MBA in Health Care Administration from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a BA in Psychology from the University at Albany.
