Keith Stier-Van Essen

Keith Stier-Van Essen, MPA, serves as the Director for the Northwest Coastal region at the College Success Foundation, overseeing impactful college and career readiness programs for low-income students in Washington State. With a background in program management and college access counseling, Stier-Van Essen has also held director positions in the Seattle region, leading teams that support students across multiple school districts. Previous experience includes roles at Upward Bound, where a focus on youth development was central, and a research project examining educational platforms in the criminal justice system from Seattle University. Stier-Van Essen holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies from Biola University.
