Emma Arias

Emma Rapp Arias is a seasoned nonprofit leader with extensive experience in fundraising, community engagement, and organizational advancement. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Individual Philanthropy at College Track, Emma directs national fundraising strategies and enhances relationships with major donors. Emma also acts as a Fundraising and Leadership Coach for Raise for Good, focusing on empowering growth-stage nonprofit leaders. Previously, Emma was the Director of Advancement at Outward Bound California, where efforts in fundraising, marketing, and stakeholder relations significantly advanced the organization's mission. Emma has a robust background in event management, communications, and community partnerships, with early career roles at organizations such as Playworks and Cassy Rose Events. Emma holds a BA in Political Economy of Industrial Societies from the University of California, Berkeley, and has demonstrated a strong commitment to educational equity and community service throughout a diverse career.
