Karen Draper

Karen Draper has been working in finance and accounting for over 25 years. Karen began their career at KPMG, one of the Big Four accounting firms, where they worked their way up to Assistant Manager. In 2000, they left KPMG to join Allders, a UK-based retail company, as Group Accountant. After a year at Allders, they joined Gensler, an architecture and design firm, as Controller. In 2009, they were promoted to Chief Financial Officer. During their time at Gensler, they were appointed to the Principal role in 2010 and the Management Committee in 2014. In 2016, they left Gensler to join Aspire Public Schools as Controller. Karen is currently serving as Interim Chief Finance & Operating Officer at College Track.

Karen Draper has a BA in Accounting & Financial Management from The University of Sheffield, and they also attended Epsom & Ewell High School.

They work with Tina Kim - VP, Site Support, Leela de Souza Bransten - Chief Philanthropy & Engagement Officer, and Abdulwahid Duso - National Director of Student Life.
