Johnny Lukasse

Johnny Lukasse is an experienced professional in governance, education, and social welfare. Currently serving as a Commissielid at VNG since July 2024, Johnny focuses on enhancing the role of municipal councils in governance. As Opleidingsmanager Welzijn and Senior projectmanager at Hoornbeeck College, Johnny leads educational innovation projects and manages training strategies. As Vicevoorzitter of the Gemeenteraad van Goes since July 2011, Johnny is involved in municipal leadership and policy-making, overseeing areas such as education and economic development. Additionally, Johnny holds advisory roles with the College voor Toetsen en Examens and the Nederlandse Vereniging voor Raadsleden, emphasizing regional issues and social welfare.
