Michael Rosales

Michael Rosales has a significant amount of experience in sales, marketing, and business management. Michael started their career in 2006 as a General Manager and District Manager at College Works Painting, where they recruited and trained Sales and Project Managers. Michael then worked as the Owner and General Contractor at M.R. Construction from 2008 to 2009, where they marketed to potential clients and managed employees to complete profitable projects. In 2010, they returned to College Works Painting as the VP of Sales and Marketing, overseeing the hiring and training process for sales and marketing positions, managing subcontractors, and leading seminars on employee empowerment.

Michael Rosales completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the Fox School of Business at Temple University from 2004 to 2009. Michael then went on to earn their MBA in Accounting from the Erivan K. Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph's University from 2011 to 2013.
