Bailee Peralto is a public health analyst currently employed at RTI International since 2022. Previously, they held roles at CollegeAdvisor.com, The Policy Lab, Brown University, Mental Health America, CollegeVine, and the Rhode Island Department of Health. In 2021, they worked at CollegeAdvisor.com as an Advisor Team Lead & Senior Advisor, where they served as manager and team lead for other advisors and advised high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors through the college application process. In 2021, they also worked at The Policy Lab as an Applied Policy Research Intern. From 2017 to 2021, they held various roles at Brown University, including Multiracial Heritage Series Co-Programmer, Writing Fellow, Minority Peer Counselor/Residential Peer Leader, and Model United Nations Under-Secretary General. In 2020, they interned at Mental Health America as a Lobbyist, where they volunteered lobbying at the Rhode Island General Assembly on relevant mental health policy issues, wrote an issue brief, and participated in a team of 4 interns to compile the State of Rhode Island’s Mental Healthcare System. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at CollegeVine as an Applications Consultant, and in 2019, they worked at the Rhode Island Department of Health as a Public Health Scholar.
