Demetrius Curry

Demetrius Curry is the CEO and Co-Founder of CollegeCash. Demetrius has over 18 years of experience in the customer service industry.

Demetrius began their career in 2001 as a Client Services Manager at ADP. In this role, they were the primary contact for assigned clients and carriers for day-to-day operational issues. Demetrius assisted in scope of service development for specific client and internal process improvement projects, and was involved in new client implementation. Demetrius oversaw support team in scheduling, maintenance and production of client reporting materials. Demetrius was also responsible for identifying major trends or issues and assumed responsibility for resolution. Other duties included conflict resolution, escalated calls, IRS compliance issues, payroll, and forecasting in a call center setting.

In May 2008, Demetrius joined PNC as an Online Banking Representative. In this role, they were responsible for resolution of customer issues including and not limited to: Technical issues with the PNC.com website, fee assessment, Quicken/QuickBooks, conversion issues, investment vehicle advice, and loan accounts. Demetrius also functioned in a Tier 3 capacity handling escalated issues. Demetrius maintained consistent high customer satisfaction scores, as well taking care of complex issues in an expedited manner.

In December 2010, Demetrius left PNC to start CollegeCash with co-founder Andrew Jackson. CollegeCash is a financial technology company that helps families manage the high cost of college. The company offers a mobile app and website that provides a one-stop shop for college financial information, allowing families to make informed decisions about how to finance their child
