Pallavi Yerrapragada

Pallavi Yerrapragada has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. pallavi started their career in 2011 at IIJT as a Manager Sales, where they were responsible for enrollment, collection, and career counseling. pallavi also formulated and implemented national sales policies and achieved targets. pallavi then joined Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group) in 2013 as a Senior Executive Student Relations, where they worked until 2015.

In 2015, Pallavi joined CollegeDekho as an Assistant Manager Operations. pallavi then moved to WIISE World Institute of Innovation, Skills & Entrepreneurship in 2017. At WIISE, they initially served as a Key Account Manager and later took on the role of Sales Service Manager until February 2022.

Most recently, in 2022, Pallavi joined Accelaris Group Inc. India as a Recruiter.

Pallavi Yerrapragada attended St. Ann's High School from 1981 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Commerce. In addition to their formal education, they also completed two certifications in Customer Service Fundamentals and How to Manage Customer Expectations for Frontline Employees in October 2016, both from LinkedIn.
