Matt Carlson

Matt Carlson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and marketing across various industries. Currently serving as the SVP of Sales and Marketing at CollegeNET since November 2022, Matt previously held positions including VP of Marketing at Paymerang, where significant revenue growth was achieved, and EVP and COO at Inworks, where contributions led to the company’s successful sale to Aldrich Capital. In addition to corporate roles, Matt contributes to academia as a Contributing Assistant Professor at Willamette University's MBA program, teaching strategic frameworks and interdisciplinary analysis. Matt’s educational background includes an MBA from Willamette University and dual degrees in English Literature and History from the University of Oregon.
